Answer:  As soon as you know the date of your party.  Sometimes we can take a party as early as the next day.  Please call to check.

• Do have to put money down to secure the date and time, and when do I pay for the services.

Answer: No. Your date and time are set when you say you want to book a party.  Your booking is saved from that point on.  Full Payment of check or cash is usually given before we start the show on the day of the party.

• Is there a milage fee?

Answer:  Yes.  Depending on your party location from Northwest Indiana.  The milage is included in our prices.  If you send me an email stating your location outside Indiana, I can calculate mileage/price. 

• On the day of the party, if we need the character longer how much would it be and is it possible? 

Answer: Depends on if anymore parties were booked after yours.  We charge $25.00 for every 15 minutes after the booked time. 

• Do you rent out your costumes?

Answer: At this time we do not rent out our costumes.  All our costumes are worn only by our professional mascoteers.  This keeps all our characters looking great for your party.
